- Number Unavailability: If the number becomes unavailable after purchase due to carrier issues
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction
- Service Failures: If we fail to deliver the promised service within the stated timeframe
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Numbers that have been successfully activated
- Changes of mind after purchase
- Monthly service fees for active numbers
- Numbers used for any period after activation
- Setup or activation fees
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
