Buying a phone number and paying for phone service are two separate things. Here is what each payment covers.
Exclusive Digits charges the one-time price shown for your chosen number. There is no contract or monthly fee to Exclusive Digits.
Your receiving carrier provides your phone service. It bills for its plan and may charge a transfer or activation fee.
Your card is charged at checkout unless the number still needs to be secured. In that case, the card is authorized first and charged once the number is secured.
If Exclusive Digits cannot secure that number, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
Before you buy, compare the number price, check your carrier costs, and read the current refund policy.
Find your number and its listed price at Exclusive Digits dot com.
